This End User License Agreement (‘Agreement’) is a legal agreement between you (‘Licensee’) and Krista Radoeva EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria (‘About Type’, ‘Licensor’, ‘we’, ‘us’).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any font software provided by About Type (the ‘Font Software’), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Font Software.
Upon full payment of the applicable license fee, About Type grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the Font Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Font Software is licensed, not sold.
The Licensee is the legal entity (company or organisation) that purchased the license. Font Software must be licensed by the company or organisation for which it is used, not by individual designers, freelancers, or contractors.
Licenses are priced and granted based on the total number of persons employed directly or indirectly by the Licensee at the time of purchase. This includes full-time employees, part-time employees, and long-term contractors. If the Licensee’s company size increases beyond the licensed tier, the Licensee is responsible for upgrading the license accordingly.
The Licensee may share the Font Software with third-party service providers, suppliers, or contractors (‘Suppliers’) solely for work performed on behalf of the Licensee. Suppliers may use the Font Software only for the Licensee’s projects and must delete all copies upon completion of the work. The Licensee remains fully responsible for any use of the Font Software by its Suppliers.
Permitted uses include Print, Web, Applications, and Social Media.
Includes all Standard License uses and additionally permits use in Merchandise, Broadcasting, Trademarks and logos, and OEM or embedded distribution. Any use not expressly permitted under the Standard License requires an Extended License.
The Licensee may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Font Software, nor make it available to third parties except as expressly permitted under this Agreement.
The Font Software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by About Type.
This license is granted for a perpetual term. About Type may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee breaches any material term. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete all copies of the Font Software.
The Font Software is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, About Type shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Font Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Font Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
