Aidé is a sharp display typeface where soft forms meet ultra-thin serifs to create a singular spiked texture. Built from the tension between spheres and spines, its letterforms balance delicate with sharp, resulting in a system that feels fragile and unbreakable at the same time. The fractured joins within the vertical stems introduce a sense of disruption, while the elongated serifs bring stability and rhythm to the overall form. Designed purely for headlines and large-scale typography, Aidé reveals its full personality at display sizes, where its distinctive silhouette and intricate details can fully unfold. Despite its ornamental character, the typeface maintains clarity and control, creating a visual language that feels sophisticated, expressive, and quietly playful. Inspired by a beloved hedgehog, Aidé carries a unique charm—cute and powerful, sensitive and unmistakably confident.
