By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, and/or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable End User License Agreement (‘EULA’).

To purchase and download fonts, users must create an account. Required information: email address. Optional information: name.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting krista@abouttype.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.
About Type sells digital font software delivered via download.
Fonts are licensed, not sold. Use of the Font Software is subject to the applicable EULA, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. About Type does not store or process payment card information.
An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
Products are delivered digitally. Downloads are made available through the user account after successful payment. Users are responsible for backing up purchased files.
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal.
All content on the Website, including fonts, images, text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of About Type or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
